Amy R. Stein received her law degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2009. She worked as a deputy prosecutor in Harrison County, Indiana from 2011-2013 and has been at the Law Office of Nick Stein since 2013. She practices in the area of family law, criminal defense, and personal injury. She is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Kentucky and also speaks Spanish.

    Feb 24 2018 Amy Stein was everything I didn’t know I needed in an attorney! She was there for me from the start! She even went as far as to show up to court for me with only a few hours notice. She was so pleasant to work with and explained everything to me so that I could really understand what was going on.     Sep 29 2017 we had a recent experience with this office for a complicated child custody case. our attorney of record was amy stein. we were able to win our case through amy stein's professionalism, legal competence and knowledge of family law. she led our family through legal preparation and through the courtroom hearing process. we are a family that does not go to court often. we could not have accomplished any of this without the direction and assistance she provided. while I was willing to take out a loan to win this custody case, I didn't have to. the fees were reasonable and affordable. I intend to go back to ms. stein next month for a revision of our living wills, regular wills and change of executor. you can't go wrong with this law office.
