    - May 21 2024 We researched multiple vendors and chose Bob Grant Construction to build our new home because they were responsive, professional and competitively priced. Our project manager, Guy Shadwick, was excellent. He guided us through every step of the way, making sure that each request was addressed in a timely manner, and that we understood both the timeline and the process. There was never a point at which there was no one working on site, and his relationship with both the City planning and building department and his sub-contractors made for a smooth and seemingly effortless process. He was on site every day, and we spoke on a daily basis for the duration of the project. Bob Grant uses family owned small businesses as sub-contractors where required, and has personal relationships with them all. Guy made sure that he obtained competitive quotes for each part of the build. He took great pride in our project and had a genuine desire to provide us with exactly what we wanted, while being cognizant of our budget in any tradeoff decisions. We really can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Guy and about Bob Grant Construction in general. John Slingluff, the owner, was also personally involved throughout the project and discussed progress with Guy regularly. The end result is a high quality, stunning new home, which we will enjoy for many years to come. In summary, a very positive and happy experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend Guy and Bob Grant Construction for your next project.

We started this project with little to no experience working with contractors, and John made made us feel like we were well taken care of and instilled a lot of confidence.     - Jun 20 2021 Bob Grant Construction has been absolutely great to work with from day 1 of our home repair and remodel project. They are skilled, flexible, and service oriented. Our house is an unconventional design and had many unique problems. While other contractors were reluctant to get involved, BGC seemed to enjoy the challenge and they have met every obstacle. We have a great crew and are always kept informed of progress and plans. BGC is value concious but not willing to cut corners. They even lend us tools when we prefer to perform some work ourselves. After working with many contractors, we feel fortunate to have landed on Bob Grant construction for this project and would recommend highly.
