Bob Grant has been a great partner during our journey to a new home construction. We started this project with little to no experience working with contractors, and John made made us feel like we were well taken care of and instilled a lot of confidence. He listened to what our needs and wants are but was also very realistic on what we can expect; we really appreciate his candor and problem solving skills to get us the new home we need. Bob Grant has great communication and always provided us up to date information on where we're at with the process. Bob Grant Construction has been absolutely great to work with from day 1 of our home repair and remodel project. They are skilled, flexible, and service oriented. Our house is an unconventional design and had many unique problems. While other contractors were reluctant to get involved, BGC seemed to enjoy the challenge and they have met every obstacle. We have a great crew and are always kept informed of progress and plans. BGC is value concious but not willing to cut corners. They even lend us tools when we prefer to perform some work ourselves. In my 22 years in real estate sales, property management, development, and investment, I have worked with a lot of contractors - from one-man operations to large organizations. Bob Grant Construction is hands down the best of all worlds - a great blend of customer service and integrity while being able to build anything you can dream up. Love their honesty, pricing, and transparency. They have been wonderful on the renovation of a non-profit shelter that I am involved in and a potential development project in the works. Bob Grant Construction has done multiple projects for me and has been great on each one. They are flexible and are always looking for ways to save costs. The will be the contactor on my next project also.
