    - Sep 06 2021 If there were more stars I would add them. From start to finish our pool project was amazing. Shane listened to what we wanted and designed around our idea and what we were able to do in the eyes of the hoa. Shame and his team met every timeline milestone early and the project finish just ahead of schedule which given Covid delays seems like an impossible thing. There were hardly any issues to think of but if there is any a call or a txt and they are resolved that fast. The finished project is not only everything we had hoped for it is brochure or web page worthy. I hope this was our last pool project but if we ever move to another house we would bring Shane and his team with us to build our dream pool like this. It is very rare to do a large project like we did and not only have a great experience and amazing finished product but to come out of it with several friends is also special. I cannot say enough great things about celebrity pools, Shane and his team they were everything you could ever want in a company and friend!

    - Sep 05 2021 Overall we would give Celebrity Pools a five-star rating. We did encounter a few issues during the process but the end result is a beautiful pool and deck that is the envy of our neighborhood. Shane was exceptional working with us on the design of the pool. The subcontractors for Shane did a great job during the construction process. They often commented on the excellent quality of the equipment Shane uses to construct his pools. Shane was very responsive to our calls or text messages when we had concerns. However, we did have a few issues with the completion of the work specifically the electrical grounding was not properly installed and the overflow and automatic fill took sometime to operate effectively. Perhaps these issues could have been avoided had Shane or a member of his team visited the job site during the different phases of the pool construction. We would highly recommend Celebrity Pools based on the quality of the finished product.

    - Sep 03 2021 Beginning any type of home improvement project is always difficult during COVID because of difficulty finding labor, out of stock supplies, and unusually long shipping. Despite this, Shane worked SO incredibly hard on our pool. The thing I like most about Celebrity Pools is the individual attention I received. Whenever I had a question, I was able to reach out and get answers almost immediately. He kept me updated throughout the building process and exceeded my expectations. I also really appreciated Shane’s advice on the design. He suggested putting my sun shelf in a different spot I had originally planned on and I love it! He also steered me away from making a (now obvious) mistake when choosing tile that I wanted but wouldn’t have looked as nice. Everyone who has seen my finished pool area says it looks like it belongs in a resort. Thank you, Celebrity Pools, for not only building my beautifully new pool, but for holding my hand throughout the design process and being so great with communication throughout the build!

    Jul 13 2021 Researching for a pool contractor, we had several quotes from different vendors. One gave a presentation but never called me back. One didn't want the job at all, one was so high for so little it made our decision to skip them very easy. Then one day my wife and I were in a strip mall and stumbled upon Celebrity Pools by accident. We decided to include them in the quoting process. We are truly glad we did as we selected Celebrity to build our pool. Shane is no nonsense, straight forward owner. He not only answers your questions with direct, no fluff answers but also gives very candidly open recommendations and guidance based upon experience. We appreciated that guidance, candidness and the open relationship we built. The build (as with any construction process) had it's share of tough moments but through all the challenges, we worked through them as Shane was responsive to get issues resolved. Yes, at times it required calls and follow-up on our part, but the end result was satisfactory. The ability to contact and communicate directly with the owner was a plus as he prefers text to emails. The pool is startlingly beautiful. So, if you're looking for a smooth talking, slick-appearing, promise-giving, flashy, sales type of vendor, choose someone else. If you are results-oriented and have vision for the end goal, you will get honesty, value and a beautiful product. The best measure of an experience is the answer to the question, would I do it again? My answer is yes.

    Jun 25 2020 Celebrity Pools is a great company. They did a complete pool remodel for us and did an amazing job. From start to finish, constant communication, very quick response time and excellent finished product, would definitely recommend them for any pool project!
