About

Dr. Tina A. Boucher, was born and raised in Meriden, CT where she owns Central Connecticut Foot Care Center, LLC. Dr. Boucher graduated from Platt High School in 1990 (6th in her class) and went on to study psychology at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Pre-Med. After working in the corporate world in Stamford, CT for several years, she left to go back to medical school. She received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University in Philadelphia in 2002.

During her three year advanced (Podiatric Medicine and Surgery- 36 months) residency at Benedictine Hospital in Kingston, NY, Dr. Boucher successfully performed more than 900 foot and ankle procedures. Dr. Boucher served as chief surgical resident for two years. Dr. Boucher is also certified in ankle arthroscopy tecniques. She is licensed to perform podiatric medicine and surgery in Connecticut. Dr. Boucher is affiliated with MidState Medical Center in Meriden, CT and The Hospital of Central Connecticut in Southington and New Britain, CT. She has lectured on foot and ankle pathologies and is dedicated to learning through various continuing education seminars and journals. A dancer herself, Dr. Boucher’s special interest in the field of podiatry is dance podiatry.

Dr. Boucher enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, and her two children, Allison and Ryan. She enjoys watching both of her kids play soccer, Allison dance, and Ryan play ice hockey. She enjoys dancing as well as reading, traveling, camping and golfing in her spare time.

    - Feb 03 2021 I have been seeing Dr. Boucher for about 10 yr's. and it seems that I still have same problem with the bottom of my feet. Dr. Boucher has even done biopsies , & this medication stops the itch only temporary . Not sure as to , where I go from here . She is very nice & professional , as well as her office staff, but I'm not pleased about the hour wait time, especially with covid .

    Oct 02 2018 I had an appointment with Tina Boucher for the first time in Oct of 2018.The pain I had on the bottom of my heel was excruciating,I had been living with it for 2 months prior to seeing her.Nothing I did could relieve it.15 minutes with this wonderful lady and I was able to put my heel back on the ground and walk normally again!She seemed very in the know how and I would highly recommend her for any foot problems.The staff was very kind and courteous also.I give this place a definite 5 stars!Boucher and her staff will be the first I call if any problems in my future.THANK YOU so much Boucher and staff:)

    Mar 04 2015 This is a great office but very busy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are very professional and appointments are fairly easy to obtain. Biggest drawback is the wait time- Sometimes they get really backed up & it is frustrating as my time is valuable as well and getting kids out of school early to sit around and wait is quite annoying, Also, dislike hours- Only available until 3 pm - Hard for working people & school kids. She is a great doctor- very personable & I would recommend her & her office.
