She was in constant touch with us almost on a daily basis. Since it was a two family home with in-law Apt. Laurie worked with us as we arranged showings around current tenant’s schedules. By the Realtor keeping in touch texting daily, it made it easy to make changes to the listing when needed. When she thought we needed an Engineer for an opinion, she made those arrangements & we all met. The Engineer was able to recommend an excellent Contractor (Dan Dwyer) in the area to provide an estimate. Every person (except one) who toured the house made an offer! To our surprise, the closing was done by mail between the lawyer & buyers. Us (buyers), 1 person from Title Company, & my husband & I met at our lawyer’s office. Being present saved us time because we didn’t have to wait for documents to be mailed to us. The sale was done quickly & efficiently at every level!
