I put the call in thinking "someone" would get back to me in two or three days. Wow. Try two or three minutes after a transfer. Her advice was clear, articulate and dumbed down (my words not hers) in manner that this layman could understand. I was treated with utmost respect and when I tried to tease her she actually got it! Professionally of course. This conversation was done entirely on the phone while I was on the road. I found that when she said she would send me some links that were pertinent to my situation - she did. Impressive. If you happen to need an attorney for probate. Please call this lady. It will not be a waste of time. As the saying goes - You just can't make this stuff up; and I'm not. Best wishes to whoever reads this review and talks to Ms. Watkins.
