One area where change would be beneficial is in communicating status of projects including, for example, Spectrum. Project plans, with timelines and updates should be made known on a regular periodic basis - at least monthly and if timelines change. More focus on accountability to residents would be greatly appreciated and result in a score of 5 stars. Thank you for your service.

I feel that they could take more time to explain the process in advanced, but we are closing fairly fast on a home that we can be proud of and respect as we asked. Brian Slinkard was our agent , he listened to what we wanted and available. He explained and kept track of the process. We are first time buyers and it can be intimidating if not in the right hands.
