My rep was very patient while we toured the building, even showed us the same counter tops a couple of times with no hesitation. The men who installed the counter tops even came back to drop off a cutting board from the leftover piece! It was worth the ride!!!

My only issue was that I was given a date for installation and canceled plans for that date, but no one called or showed up in that date. After numerous attempts to reach someone at Colonial, I was told there was a delay in shipment. I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know the installation was to be delayed.

My wife and I visited the Colonial Marble complex, in King of Prussia, and strolled through their enormous warehouse, and their fantastic, seemingly endless, collection of slabs of marble, granite, quartz and quartzite. We finished ordering the quartz countertops, the vanity tops, even the vanity cabinets and the ceramic backsplash tiles. The quality of the stone is excellent, and their sales, as well as the installation crews, are professional and knowledgeable, which is really the secret behind the amazing results we were able to achieve. I would recommend Colonial Marble whole heartedly and without hesitation. Great people, great service and excellent quality with endless variety of samples. Thank you for all your help!

Unfortunately I didn’t notice a flaw in the installation (the faucet hole isn’t quite even) and quartz itself (there is a small black nick in the middle of the white quartz that drives me crazy even though most probably wouldn’t notice) until I signed off saying it was fine.

They did come back to fix. The backsplash turned out great but the poor installer had to work VERY hard 9am-7pm & back the next day for 3 hours to grout. He was alone & they order less tiles than needed so the could be fit together. When I tell you he deserves a raise. No breaks, worked non stop & was cutting g one inch pieces of backsplash to ensure it looked esthetic.

I would hit the designated number over and over again but would not be able to connect. Twice, I drove over to ask my question. Also, the installer disconnected the sink line but it leaked all night, went down the wall in the basement and across the floor. The plumber I hired fixed the situation the next day.

I would have liked to have the project done earlier in the day instead of waiting untill 3pm to start. They also left a scratch on the new counter tops and did not address it and left silicone and glue on my floors which had to be scraped up By ME and left debris everywhere. I don't think I would recommend them

The first time they arrived without a Schlutter and I had to go and get it from home depot. Because the schluter was missing when the workers went to pick their materials. Wallpaper sample was given to match the molding but it was not matched to the wallpaper. Again miscommunications. But all said and done I would have given a 5 star if it went more smoothly.

    Mar 11 2023 Did a major kitchen re-design with Home Depot who directed us to Colonial for the granite countertops. After paying for them, while waiting for installation I read the on line reviews, which were concerning. But the job went absolutely perfectly - showed up to template promptly, returned two weeks later as scheduled to install. Slabs were well prepared and cut perfectly - within 1 mm all around. Installed with great care and attention - absolutely level, very thin/inconspicuous seams, sink mounted perfectly. Our experience literally could not have been better.

    May 25 2019 Colonial Marble installers did a fabulous job of installing granite counter tops throughout our kitchen and in our two bathrooms. We also had a travertine stone back splash installed around the kitchen done in the pattern I requested. My rooms look great. They had tons of choices at the store to look at and choice from.. I felt their prices were reasonable too for what we had done. From purchase to installation the job was completed in a reasonable time. I would recommend Colonial Marble for counter tops and back splashes. Thank you Colonial Marble for a great experience!
