    Jan 11 2021 Stephanie is fantastic to work with! She sold our very first house that we bought when we were stationed at Ft. Bragg 29 years ago, and had been renting since we PCS’d in 1995. Needless to say, it needed a lot of work before going on the market. Since we are out-of-state, we needed a lot of help and Stephanie was able to provide that for us, from recommending a very effective marketing plan, to recommending and finding companies to help get the home ready for sale. If something took longer to be repaired, it was because of the contractors sent by my home warranty company, not her lack of trying. Stephanie also went the extra mile and advocated for me with insurance claims and also when I sold the property. I am very happy and would recommend her services.
