I have been the trustee to their irrevocable trusts, with the last family member dying within the past thirty days. With the protections established through their trusts, I have either been able to protect their assets or have had absolutely zero difficulty distributing their assets pursuant to their final wishes. I too, am a client with a living trust. Dealing with Michelle Berman, Esq., has been an absolute pleasure. She is extremely pleasant to deal with and quite knowledgeable on creating and distributing the assets of a trust. She spends the time necessary to answer any questions you may have in a manner to ensure that you understand the answer to your questions. I strongly recommend attending one of their seminars and creating a trust to protect your assets. My family members have had the good fortune to live into their mid-late 90's and have required nursing home care. In my mind, you cannot prepare too soon for the cards life may deal you.

    Dec 05 2021 My Ettinger lawyer is James Asquith. I am a retired lawyer and hired Ettinger to establish a guardianship for my disabled wife. I was impressed with Asquith's work. He knows his way around the law, and I always felt that he cared about my case. I was able to reach him easily, and our conversations never felt rushed. Guardianship proceedings can be emotionally trying, but I always found Mr Asquith to be empathetic and supportive.. I can recommend the Ettinger firm, and James Asquith in particular, without reservation.
