Fisher & Fisher Law Offices was founded by Timothy B. Fisher Sr. in the late 1970’s to serve the growing legal needs of the people of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Fisher & Fisher is a regional law firm employing Stroudsburg lawyers and all the surrounding areas. They serve much of Northeastern Pennsylvania; including the Counties of Monroe, Pike, Wayne, Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northampton and Lehigh County.
