    Jan 11 2022 Every once in a while life throws you a nice surprise, something totally unexpected but appreciated, Atty Ed Formisano is just that. I had low, to no expectations when I reached out to Atty Ed. I was at a very low point in my life. I had been completely taken advantage of during the COVID pandemic by my employer. I was exhausted, devastated, and felt completely defeated. I knew something was not ‘right’ so I googled employment lawyers. I was lucky enough to end up with Ed Formisano based on his google reviews. Ed is a heavy hitter and tackled a fortune fifteen company for me with grace and ease. The end result was a mutual agreement that I feel extremely satisfied with. Lastly Atty Ed’s associate Diane is so kind. She was a joy to work with, esp when I was going through such a hard time. My greatest thanks to team Formisano for everything, your kindness and professionalism will not be forgotten.

    Aug 13 2021 I was nervous at first finding the right lawyer who would fight for me and not sugarcoat anything. However from the first meeting with Mike to the phone calls with Ed and emails with Diane I was assured they would do their best in which they did. I was always informed during the process and quickly they acted to resolve my matter so I could move on. Honestly I couldn't have found a better firm and recommend them to anyone who wants a great team on their side
