He stayed on top of everything going on with my co op purchase, each step of the way. In person he has a warm energy, is very friendly and again easy to talk to. Despite my naivete in these matter, I never felt 'talked down to,' and he explained everything with patience. I very much enjoyed having Frank on my team and highly recommend Frank.
