    Jun 05 2017 We used David for both the sale of our existing home and purchase of our new house. I am guessing that most people searching for information on Half Priced Real Estate are curious as to how legitimate the savings are. Let me assure you that they are legit. David credited 1.5% of our new home price towards the closing costs, which was significant to cover the closing costs in their entirety with residual applied directly to the remaining principle. In regards to the sale of our old house, the balance sheet again showed Half Priced Real Estate accepting 1.5% of the sales price. In working with David you get the following: 1) An agent who is experienced in navigating the sale of your existing home. This is especially true in evaluating offers, counter-offering, and providing clear explanations of every step of the selling process. 2) An agent that provides professional photography and staging advice. 3) An agent who will promptly return phone calls and messages. I'd say David responded to me within 30 minutes of most of my text/email/phone messages. 4) An agent that will attend closings, review and explain closing documents, and act as your representative through the entire real estate process. In short, I'd highly recommend using David Marne and Half Priced Real Estate for both selling and existing home and purchasing a new one. The savings are legitimate, and David will work to ensure that you receive top dollar for your listing, including advising which offers are fair and on which you should pass.
