As the leader of this service, I was so impressed with your accessibility for me and my mom. I was always kept informed and knew her status of care. Then to top it off, you and your staff assisted with the transportation of my mom to Jacksonville and worked so well with me to make it happen. We all worked together for the benefit of my mom’s care. The trip to Melbourne was going above and beyond the call of duty. I don’t know of any other agency that would have worked with me like your Home Instead Agency. I have and will continue to speak wonderful accolades out your agency!!!!     - Apr 03 2019 Home Instead was the difference between my in-laws being able to stay in their home and moving to assisted living. We started with minimal companion assistance and progressed as needed. Home Instead, the office staff and the caregivers always made us feel that our needs were their priority. Living several states away is difficult. Home Instead did for my in-laws what I wanted to be able to do myself. I can't express enough how grateful I am to the caring individuals.

My mother had to be hospitalized and Home Instead staff were with her all day until I could get a flight to be with her. I will be forever grateful for their ability to get caregivers scheduled last minute. I highly recommend their services.

I am so grateful for kindness, reliability, and devotion to my husband’s needs. My husband passed away on Feb 1, 2018. But I’m ever mindful of the how helpful Home Instead was for us. Ironically, I just recommended Home Instead a few days ago to my nieces to consider for my brother and his wife in North Carolina. My brother has Parkinson’s and his wife was just diagnosed with multiple myeloma. I believe she may be in mid to late stage and and they will soon need some companionship. Thank you for all that you did for my husband and me.

    - Feb 07 2019 The best way to describe Dinah and the people who work for her is "wonderful." I live in NJ and, at the time, my parents lived in Florida. I was in desperate need of help to figure out how to take care of my mother, who had been diagnosed with Alzheimers. I had tried working with other companies and was very disappointed. I went online to look for another company and found Dinah and Home Instead. I knew immediately, after meeting her, that we were blessed! We worked with her for quite a few years, both with aides in my parents' home and also when we moved my mother to an assisted living facility. She had the patience of a saint and always helped us to make the right decisions for my mother. I would NOT hesitate to recommend her to anyone! Best of luck to all who need her help right now. You will not be sorry!

    - Feb 01 2019 I had no idea how to help my parents especially since I was managing them from far away . For the last five years Home Instead has been my partner in taking care of them. Our caregiver Dianna is so wonderful and caring and has taken such amazing care of my parents. The owner Dinah has gone out of her way for us many times over the years and I so appreciate their hands on approach. I would recommend and I have recommended them to many people who need additional help.

Their attentiveness to his needs was priceless and allowed us to keep dad comfortably at home for over 4 years and when the time arrived to transition him to an assisted living they connected us with all the right people and places to make the change comfortable for dad. Thanks for all you do but more for who you are!
