Bruce and team have always done an extraordinary job of not only managing my property, but went above and beyond recently. From preparing it for sale, to ultimately reviewing and evaluating the multiple offers I received, the entire process from end to end helped deliver a successful closing. After almost 15 years of normal living / wear & tear, the condo needed a ‘facelift’ in order to make ready for sale. Bruce managed the entire process from beginning to end, including interviewing and reviewing vendors, quotes, budgets, and timelines, as well as the handling every day decisions and issues that need resolution. Being out of state, I completely depend on Bruce to be my eyes and ears…..and advisor as well. The end result was a successful upgrade to the condo, resulting in numerous offers and a successful sale to a very happy new owner. Over the years the time and attention Bruce and team have put into not only the management of the day to day tasks of keeping my tenant happy, but also the preservation and maintenance of the property itself has been a real blessing.
