Law Offices of John P. Stebe

Mr. Stebe received his Bachelor’s degree in Russian Area Studies from the City College of New York in 1984, and his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1999.

John brings over two decades in military service and law enforcement. Mr. Stebe served honorably in the US military and Army Reserves from 1980 through 2002, when he was honorably discharged with the rank of Major.

In 1987, Mr. Stebe began his law enforcement career with the New York City Police Department. John was promoted to the rank of Detective in 1994 and assigned to the Intelligence Division where he specialized in organized crime monitoring, and in particular, Russian organized crime. He was later assigned to the Business Integrity Commission where he was responsible for ferreting out criminal activity in the trade waste industry.

Mr. Stebe brings his wealth of law enforcement and military experience to bear in analyzing and directing the firm in respect to the propriety of criminal investigations and proper police procedure as it relates to individuals who are charged with both white collar and blue collar criminal wrong doings.

John is a Russian Linguist.

John Stebe is a licensed member of the New York State Bar, and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
