I have worked with Joe Nackson for many years. He was first recommended by my realtor when I bought a new house. The last time he helped me with the sale of that house, eighteen years later. He was always thorough and professional, making it easy as possible for me. In the second case, I had moved out of state and didn't even have to appear at the closing.
He helped me settle my parents' estate after an expensive estate lawyer had written a complicated will but didn't prepare the necessary documents when the second parent died. He didn't accompany me to the probate office, where I discovered his carelessness. I then called Joe, who accompanied me after completing the documents and again, made things easy for me, especially helpful at a difficult time. Beatriz

Mr. Nackson is an excellent lawyer! First off, he knows the law. I had originally called him because I wasn't happy with the lawyer I had working on a business matter. He explained to me in detail what can and cannot happen as soon as I spoke with him on the phone. Unfortunately my previous lawyer had to get back to me on same questions. Once Mr. Nackson became my lawyer, he was very professional as was his amazing staff in the office. I had calls returned very quickly and everything was done in an honest and clear manner. Usually when you're in need of a lawyer you're not feeling too happy but Mr. Nackson finds a way for you to see humor in your situation. That really helps! I would highly recommend him!!! I had a weak lower back and didn't think anyone could ever get me to gain muscle mass. I contacted Bill and he assured me that i would not hurt myself with his guidance. I am so happy that I trusted Bill. He helped me gain all the muscle that I lost due to my weakened lower back, and he strengthened my back to where I was able to perform at a normal activity level!
