Mr. Simon is licensed to practice in both state and Federal courts in California. Our founding attorney has maintained a successful solo law practice since 1997, after managing a well-known northern California law firm in San Jose. He has successfully handled hundreds of personal injury cases, running the gamut from wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases to motor vehicle soft tissue injury cases.
