    Aug 06 2020 I've been working in land-use and regulatory law for almost a decade now, and Tim is one of the better lawyers I have worked with. Winning a property rights case against the government is hard, and the deck is often stacked against you, but I've seen Tim win those hard cases. More importantly, he actually believes in what he does. He doesn't take morally ambiguous cases. If Tim is working with you, it's because he believes you are in the right. Win or lose, he's honest and he fights. When I get calls on land-use issues from California, I usually send them to Tim.
