Robert cares about his client and will do his best to defend his client. He was able to obtain a release without posting bail under own recognizance. He was able to answer my questions when I seek advice. After many months of negotiation with the District Attorney he was able to negotiate a plea deal which reduced the felony to a gross misdemeanor. Thank you, Robert!

I had Robert Kurth helping me with my mom’s criminal charges as well as a car accident. Not only was he able to make sure my mom didn’t do more time on a charge they added right before being released, but he also dropped her charge to a misdemeanor, preventing her from being a habitual offender. My mom is now sober, happy, and healthy for over a year thanks to him! Him and his legal assistant, Katie were amazing working on our settlement from our car accident, getting medical records, and updating us along the way. They got us a larger amount than we thought and pushed through COVID slowing down record requests. I would 100% go to him again and recommend him to anyone!! Thank you Robert and katie!!westsida ryda

Robert Kurth and his entire team are absolutely amazing! They took care of my entire accident case with such ease and fought to get me more than what was even expected.
