Landmark Real Estate is a real estate brokerage firm located in Manhattan Kansas and provides services for residential real estate, farmland and commercial real estate. Landmark Real Estate is a business operated under Landmark Investment Corporation founded by Broker, Duane Lewis in 1989. Byron Lewis, Associate Broker became one half owner of Landmark Investment Corporation in 2020.
Our Residential department is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Manhattan Multiple Listing Service. We assist both buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions and offer services in development and new home construction.
Landmark Real Estate handles transactions on commercial properties throughout the United States with its commercial broker network specializing in investment income real estate and commercial real estate leasing.

Jerry Istas is our landlord and we mainly work with Marye in the office. Every time we've submitted a maintenance request they've had someone out same day and the problem is usually resolved within a few days. We had a tree root problem in the past month that was causing drainage problems. They were very good at communicating with us and keeping us up to date via email and phone calls. Everyone has been friendly and honest about what to expect. We have yet to have a complaint with Landmark Realty and honestly, they've been the best management company that I've worked with over the past few years I've been in school. Would highly recommend!
