    - Feb 26 2022 New Roof: Sales representative James Pacheco very helpful. Installation was started on time and completed the same day. That being said I must compliment New Mexico Professional Roofing for the quality workmanship and their exceptional customer service. During installation my Saleman and the owner showed up to check on the project. After the installation my representative showed up to ensure everything went well and if we were happy. The best part was a couple of days later. My neighbor was complimenting me on the roof and what New Mexico Professional Roofing did. One of the installers knocked on my neighbors door to check the yard to ensure that if any debris had fallen on to the property it would be picked up. Much to her surprise nothning had fallen on to the property. The Customer Service is exceptional!!! I would recommend New Mexico Professional Roofing without hesitation. Good Job!!!

    Mar 05 2020 We had our old shingle roof replaced by NM Roofing Professionals, and have been very pleased with the whole process and the results. Our customer service rep, Isaac, was very helpful through the whole process, and quickly responded to any questions we had. He was always punctual for any arranged meeting times. The crew was also on time and got the whole job done in just one day, and they even removed an old swamp cooler from the roof at no extra charge. Everyone who helped us was friendly and went out of their way to take care of us. I recommend this company if you are looking to get your roof replaced.

    Sep 20 2019 Hi, I would like to thank Nikki and their staff for fixing up and updating my roof. I know things tend to come up like traffic etc., but they made it on time, very courteous to my needs and gotten the job done. I would recommend them to anyone out here in New Mexico.
