From providing various styles and materials to choose from, to turn around time for the install, to the install itself, every aspect was perfectly executed to make for an easy process and a beautiful finished product. Our installer, Scott, was incredibly meticulous and took his time to get the boxes and shades level and consistent. He walked us through his solutions to uneven window framing, demonstrated proper use and maintenance, and was an exceptionally experienced and courteous individual.

I was told by another company in 2003 that I would have to get a brand new window for my kitchen and screwed the window shut. However, Tom was able to repair the mechanisms on that window and it works well. I don't have to buy a new window thanks to Tom From Pro Home . On the other four windows, Tom fixed the mechanisms on those windows also.

The final adjustments for the door side lock, the pin insertion, and the vertical appearance of the door was done perfectly with painstaking detail. Now... one finger opening/closing.
