Siegel Solutions, LLC is founded on the basic tenet that most domestic and family law matters can avoid protracted and expensive litigation when resolution can be accomplished through an effective mediation process. Stacy LeBow Siegel believes that the combination of a skilled, talented mediator and proficient counsel yields the best chance of reaching an agreement. Mediation allows parties to enter into agreements containing provisions that a court may not have the authority to grant. Mediation is not bound to the parameters a Judge is bound to. A mediator and the parties can be as creative as they choose to be.
