One hour to Daytona, Jacksonville, Gainesville and Silver Springs. Palatkas Blue Crab and Azalea Festivals three miles away. Golf course and race track just 2.5 miles away.

    - Jul 22 2023 Hi I’m one of the new owner of St. John’s camp ground in Palatka fl we’ve made major improvements upgrades and renovations to the park within the last year beautiful new bathrooms, immaculate and welcoming, upgraded pool, beautiful lawn furniture, community fire pit, newly renovated office, rec area, free coffee, bar, new washers and dryers new roads coming in new 50 amp well lit spaces dog park, coming this fall and a lot more old Florida charm with Spanish moss and palm trees. Check us out.

    Jul 21 2022 Well. Just want to let people know. That the camp is getting a lot done. The bathroom are getting done . New e everything . It's take time for that they working every day almost. The pool look great. Lot of trees been removed. .The trailers that was in back Mobil. The are out . Couple RV been removed . More to go . Painting was done . Lots are nice and clean. It's looking so much. So much cleaner . New owner are doing a great job . And the manger. Is doing a great job. We still got things to do but it's one day at a time. I glad it looking so much better thanks to owner and manger keep up the good work . .

Yes it is under new management, and I am excited to see the new improvements, that the new owners have planned.........if you like to camp or want to live then this campground is for you
