    - Sep 08 2020 Terry Smart is not only good at what he does but he does it because he wants to help and enjoys doing it. While you may get a good impression of him whilst talking to him in his office, I had the pleasure of walking into the immigration office with him by my side. That USCIS office is no exciting place to work at but when we stepped in the room and the officers and other employees saw us, their face lit up. Terry said hi to all of them, knew everybody's name and vice-versa. It made the entire experience very relaxed and gave me confidence that whatever we went in there to do, everybody would want to help us succeed. That should tell you plenty not just about his skills as an immigration lawyer but also how he is as a person and how he treats others.
