    - May 16 2020 I am not one that usually posts reviews but I am doing so now. After months of considering a divorce I was referred to Testa & Pagnanelli, LLC by a friend. I went with my best friend of 20+ years (who truly does have a good sense of character) for my consultation. When we left he said "I like Enrico". I delayed going forward with the divorce for a year but when I did, I turned to Enrico and the Testa & Pagnanelli firm. The entire office not only offered empathy in connection with my particular situation but also a firm commitment to obtain the best results at the end of the day. Of note, every e-mail, every call was immediately responded to. Further, I was always given the opportunity to offer my thoughts in the course of the proceedings. I appreciated when Enrico would say to me "I could do that if you want but it's of no benefit and you don’t need to incur the fees". Enrico knew my situation and always had my best interest in mind. I have the utmost respect for the firm and would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a divorce attorney.

I've been involved in a very complex family law case in which from the start the firm has handled with utmost care, concern and professionalism. Kate, the office assistant is the sweetest human you may ever meet. Her kind demeanor always made me feel comfortable calling into the office with any of my many needs. Enrico Pagnanelli, who I used originally was amazing! He quickly understood the specifics of my case and got right on it without hesitation composing a stellar inital petition. Maria Testa, who I worked with majority of the time was an absolute angel on my side, while being fierce in regards to OC. Maria has by far the best communication I could ever imagine an attorney having. It has never taken Maria much time for her to respond to my countless, at times redundant emails.     Mar 29 2019 I met Maria when I searched for a family law attorney at this time my son was only a few months old and he is 3 in a half now. Maria has made her self available when I call her office to inquire about her representation. As a mother her self Maria showed concern and she’s very knowledgeable and professional.     Mar 18 2018 Enrico Pagnanelli is an amazing skillful lawyer who was not swayed by a manipulating opposing party. He was patient and encouraging through a long ugly process which ended with me being able to save my children from a horrible environment. I could not of picked a better lawyer to represent me on a relocation and primary custody case. He worked diligently to make sure that there was a positive resolution for me and my children, and I brought my babies home that same day!!     Jul 25 2017 Maria has been in my corner for two separate incidents involving the custody of my children. She is friendly, caring, and fiercely fights for you.
