    - Oct 29 2020 My testimony is that: My Asylum was broken because my Dad who was the holder of the family Asylum, so how as we came into the US he got naturalize without us being "Green Card Holder or Permanent Resident". Because of that I couldn't move forward no more. I look up online for a way to fixed that is when I hear of "I-589 Nunc Pro Tunc" could be done but with the help of a Lower. So from there I've started to search for Immigration Lower. I contact some lower but for a meeting to explain your case they charge so much fee just to talk. So I actually contact the Law Offices of Grinberg & Segal PLLC is very well organize and focus on you. I even get deduction on my case. Two month after applying with them I have been approve. What I like with the Law Office is that when they touch your case everything goes well. I give them credit for that.

This is my first experience working with attorneys and I’m glad I decided to hire them. In the free initial consultation, Alex let me know if I had viable case and explained the process. I then worked with Wendy to complete the application which was carefully and meticulously done. She ensured that the pertinent information for my case was included or highlighted, and the application was organized. She also thoroughly prepared me for the interview process, replicating the environment as much as possible. The practice interview sessions in addition to her critiques and recommendations helped tremendously with the interview.     - Aug 05 2020 I had a very tough case ( I-751 self petition to remove conditional green card ) but when I sign the contract , they made it seem very easy . I will never thank them enough , there was a time I was very desperate and couldn’t believe anymore winning the case . My ex wife filed for divorce while the I751 was pending . I was obliged to file my own petition . Thank you again for your support during those time . These fees are high but it’s worth it .
