About

Attorney Victoria graduated from two famous Chinese Universities, where she was one of few MBAs in China at the time. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Lincoln Law School of San Jose, California and an advanced law degree, LLM in Taxation from Golden Gate University, School of Law, where she specializes in Partnership & Corporation Taxation and Estate Tax Planning, graduated with honors.

Victoria is an experienced legal service provider through her legal working history and good education. She is dedicated and passionate in her work. She always works with good ethics and responsibilities.

We had several Zoom meetings with Victoria and she explained the Living Trust very detailedly to us, who did not know much about Living Trust at that time. We proceeded with Victoria to establish our Living Trust successfully. We really appreciated Victoria's help. Victoria's charge is slightly below the market rate to the best of my market research. One thing, which Victoria probably did not know, is Alameda County (and perhaps other counties too) does not accept personal checks without the owner's name and address printed on the check. When we tried to change our Grant Deed, our package was returned/rejected because our personal check did not show a bank-printed name and address. LOL...

She also made sure to work within my company's legal benefit requirements so I had no out-of-pocket expense, except notary fee and deed transfer fee. She even went out of her way to help afterwards when we were confronted by the county on the deed transfer to ensure we did not have to do re-appraisal of our home and pay more property tax!
