Patrick and Sarah both have been wonderful in my case. I have a very complicated case. They both have made me feel so secure. They will explain things and wont make you feel stupid for asking. They know the law and will respond to everything you ask. While they are both so busy they take the time to have amazing customer service. O and I’ve never actually noticed a “ugly tie”.
