Tom Chase was one of the Twentieth Circuit's earliest mediators in 1991, initially, he mediated and practiced personal injury plaintiff work and defense work for the Florida Department of Risk Management. Currently, Tom limits his practice to mediation. Over Tom's career, he enjoyed a wide range of litigation experience in personal injury defense, personal injury plaintiff's work, mediation, corporate / commercial litigation, condominium litigation and defamation.
