My divorce was uncontested, and I thought it would be easy and would save money to do the paperwork myself. I ended up hiring Timothy to do the paperwork and I'm so glad I did! He was efficient and due to his knowledge of the court process, I was able to get a court date much sooner than the one originally assigned! He was extremely prompt at returning calls and emails. I was dreading the pending divorce after I had found out my husband of 26 years had been having an affair. At my first consultation Attorney Terry put my mind at ease and assured me that everything was going to be OK. My soon to be ex was also an attorney and had been hiding assets that I didn't even know about. Attorney Terry hired a forensic accountant and they both were amazing in finding assets my ex had lied about. I feel like Timothy Terry was the right person at the right time and I am so grateful that a friend of mine had given me his name. Timothy fought hard for me. He went above and beyond and did everything he could to ensure a great outcome. Communication during the months leading up to the court hearing was excellent. I was represented better than I could have ever imagined. My needs were put first and was treated as a friend rather than a number. My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured.
