    - May 03 2023 I hired Udeshi Law to probate my husband's will in 11/21. It was uncomplicated and I received Letters Testamentary in late 02/22. Probate of my husband's will happened efficiently and professionally, including doing walking me thru how to make a Zoom court appearance to prepare me for the actual one. I also hired Udeshi Law to write a will and other end of life legal paperwork for myself. Getting my will and final paperwork done started out well, but bogged down due to the probate attorney leaving the firm in the middle of my work and not staying long enough to inform his replacement of what stage his various cases were at. Next, the new probate attorney suffered injury in a traffic accident during a late stage of pregnancy. Yet, apart from the unavoidable delaies in work, they handled the creation of my will, durable power of attorney and other final paperwork professionally. My only complaint was a lack of communication during the period when my 1st probate attorney left the firm and the new one came into the firm and began trying to assess what stage each case she was now handling was in.
